Governing the faculty of free will

by CR (097)

No one is required to give more than they can give. Good use of free will is within everyone's capacity. Why, then, make mistakes that make life a torment? Why are so many captivated by the intense emotions of the material senses, both precarious and deceptive?

It is, therefore, of the utmost human interest to know the responsibility that each one carries in governing their faculty of free will. This responsibility is an integral part of life and is therefore irrefutable and non-transferable. It is useless to deny it as it is useless to try to escape its consequences.

The mystical belief of forgiveness for crimes, fraudulent schemes and corruption makes no sense in spiritual life.

What is imperative above all is the compelling, urgent need for everyone to face the problems and responsibilities of life with courage and determination.

The danger must be known to be avoided. The harmful results emanating from ignorance of what free will represents in human existence are incalculable. If the faculty of free will was properly used, there would not be so many lost incarnations.

The journey of the spirit on Earth, in successive stages, is undeniably long. However, all steps in the direction of spiritual evolution, can be climbed without useless repetitions if the principles disclosed by Christian Rationalism (not a religion), are carefully followed.

Much of humanity knows little about free will. Many are even unaware of its existence. Contributing decisively to this ignorance has been the multisecular misconception of limiting one's life to one incarnation. "There's only one life", many incorrectly say, ignoring that reincarnation is one of the Universal Laws and humanity has paid a very high price for this error.

When will humanity decide to awaken to the reality of life? When will human beings feel strong enough to break the chains that bind them to false conceptions? No matter when, this will have to happen one day.
