The cultivation of qualities like serenity, good humour, thoughtfulness, tolerance, care, etc, are of the utmost importance as they pave the way to a better and successful life, because they overpower defeatist thoughts, groundless fears, irritability, intolerance, thereby driving spirits of the Inferior Astral away
When the above mentioned qualities are ignored, the spirits of the Inferior Astral often take over as they like to take advantage of unrestrained, ill-tempered, thoughtless individuals who do not think before speaking or doing things. These spirits have fun with people's anguish and enjoy the effects of their actuation.
Unrestrained individuals are, therefore, instruments of the Inferior Astral, and if they're not obsessed, they are on their way to obsession.
Unrestrained nervousness brings irritation, intolerance, thoughtlessness and recklessness, which lead to deplorable psychic conditions. Therefore, nervousness needs to be kept under serious control, as it is the disturbing agent that most facilitates the action of obsessor spirits.
Neurotics, in general, take little care of their health and don't not try to control their impulses. As a result, they frequently fall under the deceitful traps of the Inferior Astral and end up on the disastrous path to obsession.
