What to do after disobsession

Once an obsessor spirit is removed from the obsessed person, in a Christian Rationalist centre, he needs the support of his family or friends. 

For that to happen the obsessed individual, needs to follow the discipline recommended, so that his recover continues and he's not once again taken over by an obsessor spirit, that lives in the Earth's atmosphere. Therefore the support of his family is of the utmost importance so that the obsessend person can be normalized.

If the people at home help, by irradiating around the obsessed person, twice a day, for five minutes, shaking him, during these irradiations, disobsession will take place quickly, provided other measures are not required due to the person's disturbed condition.

As for the irradiations previously mentioned, they are spiritual vibrations that drive the Inferior Astral out of Earth's atmosphere. This removal is carried out by the spirits of the Superior Astral which perform psychic cleansing by working in tune with the disciplined thoughts of persons of good will in mental exercises at all Christian Rationalist Centres and at home. 

Obsessed people usually feed the desires of obsessor spirits, which can be for example, strongly flavoured, spicy foods. For this reason, during treatment a bland diet should be administered, which is not favoured by obsessors. 

It must not be forgotten that the spirits of the inferior astral, retain the same habits and vices that they had when incarnated. Thus, in order to meet the demands of their materialised self, which they intensely feel as if they still had a physical body, these spirits eagerly cling to human beings, in order to gratify their desires albeit illusively. 

This peculiarity should not be dismissed in the treatment of obsession. We are all mediums, with at least the intuitive mediumnship and if we are not prepared to repel them, spirits can approach and cling to us and through our bodies feel the same materialistic pleasures of human beings.

Obsessed people should continue the treatment until they are normalized, regularly attending the Public Psychic Cleaning Sessions practiced in Christian Rationalist Centres, where the discipline already described is applied.

There the obsessed will listen to the President's teachings after mental reflexes of the public, throught mediums or comunications of other spirits who lived in the inferior astral, and are now in their way to their own spiritual worlds. 

Despite the fact that the obsessed are still in a disturbed condition, some of what they hear is recorded in their perispirit, producing beneficial effects. At the same time, the people who accompany them are also improving their knowledge of spiritual matters, that enables them to continue in the treatment of disobsession at home.
