The mediumistic faculty varies, in its manifestations, from individual to individual, according to their temperament, the nervous system, the feelings that drives the medium, the sensibility, and degree of evolution.
The incorporation medium does not even need to concentrate to receive the influence of the spirits of the inferior astral, since his sensibility and the nervous system are so predisposed that it is enough for the medium to be forceful or mildly actuated by the obsessor spirit, according to the feelings that animate the acting obsessor.
However, once the medium concentrates his thoughts with the purpose in mind of allowing himself to be actuated, the juxtaposition of the acting spirit to the medium's body will be done with intensity, without the mediumistic instrument losing consciousness.
This spirit uses the mediumship of the instrument of incorporation to give outward expression to its thoughts, slightly displacing the spirit of the medium from its normal position to facilitate the capture of the transmitted thoughts.
