Controlling thoughts to avoid obsession

by CR (158)

It should be reiterated that thought is the language of disincarnated spirits. Through thinking, they identify the feelings of human beings, their intentions and tendencies, and that's when obsessors take advantage of this to encourage human vices and weaknesses through intuition.

These disincarnated spirits, known as the Inferior Astral, wander in the Earth's atmosphere in a disturbed condition, often interfering in the lives and thoughts of human beings. This interference often lead some individuals to negative actions and unless they react, they face the posibility of obsession.

That is why human beings should make an effort to control their thoughs as much as possible. It's a matter of mental hygiene. One should not think of intrigues, slanderer, disaffected people, troublemakers, enemies and, in general, people with ill intentions.

To think of such people is like to connect with their bad spiritual assistance, the disincarnated spirits that surround them, and therefore receive malevolent influences, thus risking to be overwhelmed by them, resulting in obsession.

The lesson is that human beings should entertain only positive, noble thoughts and outrightly reject evil sentiments. They should seek help and protection in the vast power of their own will and in the unconquerable power of positive thought.

Humanity, therefore, needs to know how to control their thoughts, which can be used for both good and evil. They need to know the ways and means at their disposal in order to attract good, repel evil and thus avoid obsessions.
