Evolution process over thousands of years

The evolution of the spirit, starts from a very remote common origin, which is the Creative Force or Universal Intelligence. At the beginning of the evolutionary process, it is not yet called a spirit. It is just a Particle of Force of the Universal Intelligence. 

When evolution takes the first steps, each particle of the Universal Creative Force, has the same possibilities, the same resources, the same conditions, and the same latent values.

Therefore, all particles of the Universal Intelligence develop in the same proportion until they can be classified as spirits. This happens when particles of force, incarnate for the first time in human bodies.

At this stage they become endowed with free will in order to act at their own discretion and risk. 

Any observer who really wants to see will have before his eyes a picture of the evolution of the spirit on Earth. No two individuals are alike, although there are similar ones. Everyone is promoting his advancement in his own way and at his own expense in accordance with the pattern of conduct he has adopted in the course of previous reincarnations over a period of thousands of years. 

Those who made better use of their free will, obviously were able to spiritually evolve more in the same number of reincarnations, than those who were less thoughtful.

This is one of the reasons that explain the great heterogeneity of mentality, disparity of feelings and divergences of concepts that are observed among the people.

This happens because the number of reincarnations carried out varies from individual to individual, 

as does the achievements gained from them, as well as the effort expended.

There may be those who have lost two hundred incarnations as a result of disorderly lives, and who in the same period have lost only twenty. There is no doubt that the latter are more spiritually evolved than the former.
