No one should ever lose heart. There are moments in life when moral depression, some of great intensity unmercifully shakes the human soul. However, the soul does not lack strength to react and overcome these situations, especially when backed by the knowledge of real life and the Truth. This knowledge is the soul's strongest weapon and shield because, when handled well, it always leads to victory.
How often does the simple departure of a loved one to the afterlife, something so natural in this world and in life, leads to denial, distress and despair!
With this, the unenlightened disincarnated spirit, also despairs, gets distressed, suffers, tries to convey calming down intuitions, and as it fails to do so, ends up becoming an obsessor spirit, disturbing and leading the grieving individual himself to obsession.
The best procedure for those who stay behind in regard to those who depart this world, is to elevate their thoughts to the Superior Forces, with firmness of purpose and conviction, in order to surround the departing spirits in tender, warm and friendly spiritual irradiations, to help them break through the Earth's atmosphere and move on to the spiritual worlds where they belong.
This is what Christian Rationalism teaches. Our spiritual doctrine which is a non-dogmatic spiritual philosophy, not a religion, is committed to offering humanity a safe route to a healthy and evolutionary life.
