We have previouly mentioned three of the four stages of life which are: childhood, youth, maturity and old age. Here we are only going to talk about the Old Age.
Old age represents, in each incarnation, the last stage of physical life. And this is understandable: the human body is no more than a machine at the disposal of Force, also called the spirit, from which it receives warmth, action, motion and life. This machine (human body) like all machines, is subject to the action of time, breakdowns, wear-and-tear, which affect it to a greater or lesser degree, depending on the maintenance, care provided by its operator, the spirit.
And, let's face it, there is no lack of inattentive and indifferent people and the negligent abound. It's not just a few that get bogged down in vices, which can cause irreparable damages to their physical bodies, often bringing about their complete ruin.
A well-lived existence leads to a healthy, happy old age. However at this stage the spirit, although mentally sound, cannot display the former strength of youth and the vitality and dynamism of the previous stages. This is due to the natural decline of the instrument, which is the human body.
Happy are those spirits that leave behind after each passage through Earth (reincarnation), unequivocal examples of valour and honesty.
Some of those examples are the interest in the common well-being, commendable behaviour among their family members, constant concern about the guidance of the offspring, discipline and devotion to work.
