When difficult moments come, don't be discouraged; invigorate yourself. Understand that the path to fullness depends only on you. Remember your history, the happy moments and the conquests you achieved by struggling hard to reach them, and you emerged victorious even when you doubted yourself.
Don't forget that certain circumstances experienced today precede this physical life, due to past moments, and that this existence is the reflection of previous comings to this school-world, in which, by the thoughts and actions practiced, you couldn't have done better in face of those experiences, because they have already passed, they are in the past, although they are engraved in your fluidic body.
Always say "yes" to life. Be optimistic, of moral conviction and enthusiastic, so that your thoughts are focused on positivity and in harmony with the forces of good. Seek happiness in yourself, not in something external, friendships, material goods, being in love, are part of life, but they will not bring you satisfaction if you are not happy with yourself, with being who you are, with being unique and singular in the whole Cosmos.
Remember continuously that you never had to inferiorize or vilify your brothers and sisters in essence to feel better or to rejoice in a stupid self-appreciation, which, although highly revered these days, never contributes anything to spiritual evolution.
Be impartial. Do not carry remorse and resentment. Never lose hope and do not stop loving your neighbor. Understand that the outrages and insults suffered were the result of the ignorance of others, of human beings who come from the same origin and who made a mistake with you because they were unaware of transcendental life, and yet, they are still lights and emanations of the Universal Intelligence.
Seek to overcome yourself every day. Don't be in a hurry, sometimes one step each day is better than ten steps taken at once, because sooner or later you may lose the rhythm of the journey. Say "no" to self-centeredness. Faced with the exaltation of your ego, meditate, and be aware that what is yours will be conquered, with no need to corrupt yourself to have a constructive and happy life.
Finally, believe in yourself and never stop practicing the teachings of Christian Rationalist philosophy.
